Gola Classic Hornet Nylon

We have just received this amazing looking low profile trainer from Gola. This is one of the slickest and thin soled running trainer that Gola have ever made. The Gola Nylon is actually based and influenced from a real running trainer from 1970, the front of the trainer feature a breathable mesh toe box and leather side paneling.
Some may remember the days of Speed a running trainer introduced just over 8 year ago a huge success, some may say this is the new edition.

This is the first time we have come across such a sandal from converse, it has a slim sole, clearly inspired from the Converse Slim Style, lace up font with your toes out for show, although we love this shoe clearly if you don't like your toes you wont like these but don't let that put you off, this sandal lets you foot breathe in the hot weather, it covers up your ankle and doesn't matter what shape ankle you have this will fit nearly any shape or size with adjustable laces.

The Gladiator look is still very hot on trend so with a cross between a trainer and a sandal you really can't go wrong.

New Balance 410

The name is self explanatory, New balance's first ever product was a flexible arch support which was designed upon three points. J M Riley, the founder of the company demonstrated through observing chicken's three clawed foot, that they had the perfect balance.

The 410 was first adopted by Boston track & field team as a running shoe, and although the style has been modified since then, we still love the history behind this running inspired shoe.

All the 410 models will display the New Balance 410 tag on the front of the tongue, all the different colour options are inspired from U.S track & field college teams.

The 410 shoe has a mesh and suede combination upper which is breathable, the mid sole is made of ENCAP technology to give maximum comfort and durability. The 410 is also sleek and low profile to meet the need of the everyday wear.

   Although it is not recommended as a running trainer, we think its a super - cool shoe.

Merrell being the outdoor King , have just come up with a new concept, The Barefoot Runners. The trainer has a low profile sole, due to this, when you run in them it re-aligns your gait and posture and strenthen your legs. The sole is soo thing and flexible it should feel like your feet have a glove on. The heel and the ball of the feet are alignedand the toe box is slightly raised simply so that you don't run onto rocks and stones.
